Craterellus Spread

This spread is a great hors d'ouvre, and quick to make.

Method

  1. Chop and sauté black trumpets in butter.

  2. Mix with softened cream cheese, onion, garlic and thyme.

  3. Refrigerate.

  4. Serve with crackers.

1 Tbsp. butter

1 Tbsp. onion, finely minced
