Echo Summit 2010 Rocked

We came, we forayed, and everyone scored boletes. The food was awesome, the company outstanding and the dehydrators were humming. All the above was accompanied by beautiful warm and sunny weather.

Saturday dinner featured Marje Young’s incredible Chicken with Olives, Onions and Sage. And Dennis Nolan served up a first for many with his Bolete Fries.
