All workshops, talks and cooking demonstrations were heavily attended and we had over 200 species on display.
A special thank-you to all our volunteers is in order. The Fair is run entirely on volunteer time and we could not do it without you!
Kudos also to the Fair Committee members who work throughout the year to plan, organize and execute the many projects required to create a fair. And a very special thank-you to our foray participants. The challenges of a dry and rain-less winter were met above and beyond expectations. Many of you forayed far and wide to gather species and make the fair a success.
