November Ministers Potluck and Meeting
The rain continues! The next Ministers’ meeting and potluck will take place on Tuesday, November 11, 6:00 at the Live Oak Grange. All are welcome and encouraged to join in!

About This Event
All club members are welcome to join us from ~6:15 pm-7:00 pm for a potluck dinner. (Doors open between 6:00 to 6:15)
Bring something to share, your plate, glass and utensils. Zero waste event = we don’t want to leave a pile of plastic and paper in our wake! Your dish should be ready to go. We do have access to a microwave for last-minute heating.
From around 7:00 pm- 8:30 pm we continue to the monthly board meeting, where ministers with various areas of responsibility will discuss current and upcoming activities. Please join us. Your opinions, energy and collaboration are essential to keeping the club dynamic and to getting what you want to come true!
If you cannot attend in person you may still attend via Zoom, but remember Zoom is not like being there in person:
no food sharing
may not hear speakers in the back of room
may be difficult to make yourself heard if we're not monitoring closely
The Zoom meeting will open around 6:45 pm, but the actual meeting won’t start till 7:00 pm.
