Todd Spanier, CEO, King of Mushrooms, will again be be sharing with us his experience and knowledge.

Todd started his obsession with foraging wild mushrooms at the early age of five through the guidance of his Italian grandfather aka Nonno Ed Marcellini. The obsession for foraging wild mushrooms quickly became a passion. In 1996 Todd founded Re Dei Funghi aka King of Mushrooms, which has become one of the bay area's leading mushroom purveyors to gourmet grocery stores and top chefs. Together with his wife Cristina, they are happy to celebrate their 25 years of business with King of Mushrooms.
