April 2026 Ministers Meeting and potluck

If you think you might be interested in serving as a club minister, this is a great chance to meet with current ministers and learn about what goes on behind the scenes to run the club (actually it's all out in the open.) We are currently hoping to recruit a few members to be candidates for several important roles that need to be filled for the May ministers elections.

All club members are welcome to join us from ~6:15 pm-7:00 pm for a potluck dinner. (Doors open between 6:00 to 6:15)

Bring something to share, your plate, glass and utensils. Zero waste event = we don’t want to leave a pile of plastic and paper in our wake! Your dish should be ready to go. We do have access to a microwave for last-minute heating.

From around 7:00 pm- 9:00 pm we continue to the monthly board meeting, where ministers with various areas of responsibility will discuss current and upcoming activities. Please join us. Your opinions, energy and collaboration are essential to keeping the club dynamic and to getting what you want to come true!

If you cannot attend in person you may still attend via Zoom, but remember Zoom is not like being there in person:

• no food sharing

• may not hear speakers in the back of room

• may be difficult to make yourself heard if we're not monitoring closely

  
  

The Zoom meeting will open around 6:45 pm, but the actual meeting won’t start till 7:00 pm.
